Whether you’re behind the scenes in Laundry, refreshing guest rooms, or keeping our public spaces shining, your work makes every stay memorable.
What You’ll Do:
Depending on your assigned area (Room Attendant, Laundry, or Public Spaces), your responsibilities may include:
Guest Room Attendant:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Deliver exceptional attention to detail.
Laundry Attendant:
- Operate commercial washers and dryers.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and towels.
- Monitor linen inventory and report shortages.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
Public Space Attendant:
- Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, and meeting spaces.
- Respond promptly to spills and guest requests.
- Support overall cleanliness of the hotel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability necessary.
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus (but we will train the right candidate!)
