This position will be assigned to the Operational Division and will be responsible for dailyoperations and quality control at the assigned account.

• Essential Job Requirements:• 1. Must be at least 21 years of age with a background in Janitorial.• 2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred; or the equivalent comprising• professional work experience and training certifications.• 3. Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.• 4. Must provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check by the company.• 5. Have no misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude. Understand that the criminal• background search can cause Sizemore to release you from the company if something is found on that• goes against company policy.• 6. Must submit to and return acceptable scoring on designated testing.• 7. Must pass a drug screen.• 8. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written• communication.• 9. Must be willing to work at any hours the job requires.• 10. Be willing to participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.• 11. Must possess good problem-solving skills.• 12. Read and comprehend policies and procedures written or spoken in English.• 13. Must possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations and be able to• multi-task.• 14. Communicate utilizing the English language and interface effectively in a pleasant, “Customer Service”• tone, whether the individual is an internal or external customer.• 15. Possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as diplomacy and professionalism• when dealing with any person in the work environment, no matter the circumstances.• 16. Adhere to all safety requirements of Sizemore.• 17. Operate specialized equipment when trained and authorized with no issues.

WORKING CONDITIONS:Majority of work will be performed in a climatically controlled building in a 24-hr. operational facility.
