We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager who takes pride in leading teams, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, and creating an environment where associates and guests both feel valued. This is an opportunity to join a respected Marriott property within the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio, where your leadership can directly impact the guest experience.

What You'll Do

As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the housekeeping team and ensure the hotel consistently delivers the high standards expected of a Renaissance property.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring guestrooms and public spaces consistently meet Marriott cleanliness and presentation standards.
Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to maintain exceptional guestroom readiness and overall hotel appearance.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency to meet operational needs while supporting departmental financial goals.
Partner with Front Desk, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, including VIP arrivals and group programs.
Coach and support associates on service standards and best practices, fostering a positive team culture focused on guest satisfaction.
