Job Description
Join the team at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant, where you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant and well-known hospitality setting located in Mystic, CT.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and common areas to Hilton’s high standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds efficiently.
- Replenish guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used safely and stored properly.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when interacting.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
