Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to support the upkeep and organization of a professionally managed property. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, orderly, and well-prepared spaces, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can manage a variety of cleaning, organization, and light support tasks independently.
This role is best suited for a self-motivated professional who values consistency, discretion, and high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning & Facility Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including dishes, countertops, and surfaces.
- Perform laundry services: washing, drying, folding, ironing, and proper storage of items (including delicate items as required).
- Make and change beds; replace linens as scheduled.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Dust and organize common and private-use areas.
Specialized & Periodic Cleaning:
- Clean appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and stovetops.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Sweep patios, garages, and exterior-adjacent areas.
- Polish silverware and other metal items as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling; coordinate placement for scheduled pickup.
Organization & Space Readiness:
- Organize rooms, storage areas, and closets as needed.
- Retrieve, set up, and store seasonal items or decorations.
- Prepare spaces for visitors or meetings, including staging rooms and tidying shared areas.
Plant & Light Facilities Support:
- Water indoor and outdoor plants as directed.
- Provide access for maintenance or service vendors and ensure spaces are secured afterward.
Errands & Support Tasks:
- Receive mail and packages.
- Drop off and pick up dry cleaning.
- Handle routine returns or deliveries (e.g., vendor or online orders).
Additional Duties:
- Complete other janitorial, organizational, or support tasks as assigned.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 25–30 hours per week (minimum).
- Required Days: Monday and Friday.
- Additional days scheduled by mutual agreement.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Legally eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
