Job Description
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while ensuring infection control and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the facility.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and schedule the housekeeping team
Oversee daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas
Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation standards
Perform routine inspections and address environmental concerns
Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
Work collaboratively with nursing and maintenance departments
Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting required
Knowledge of infection control and environmental services standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Dependable with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
