Job Description
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility team. If you take pride in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Lead, train, and schedule the housekeeping team
Ensure infection control and sanitation standards are met throughout the facility
Conduct inspections and resolve any cleaning or safety concerns promptly
Manage supplies and promote efficient, compliant cleaning practices
Work closely with nursing and maintenance teams to support quality care
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in healthcare or skilled nursing (required)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Knowledge of infection prevention and healthcare cleaning standards
