We are seeking a detail-oriented, inspiring Housekeeping Supervisor to lead by example, uphold our high standards, and support a team that takes pride in excellence.

What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness throughout guest rooms, public areas, and “heart of the house” spaces.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide leadership and direction for all housekeeping and laundry activities
Coordinate daily workflow, assign rooms and duties, and adjust staffing as needed
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure top-quality cleanliness standards
Train, onboard, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program
Ensure guest and management requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude
Collaborate with Front Desk and other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Assist with linen and supply inventory and ensure proper usage
Report maintenance needs and ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals
Assist with performance evaluations
Find coverage for call-outs or increased occupancy
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience:
6 months of experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred
Engaging, caring, and professional leadership style
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the shift
Lift, carry, and position items weighing 25–30 lbs
Push, pull, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs
Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, brooms, and spray bottles
Ability to reach high and low spaces, observe conditions, and detect odors

Compensation:
$18.00-
