This includes ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met, supporting and coaching team members, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible positionShift: DaysWage Range: $26 - $27 / hour depending on experience.Location: 930 West 16th Street Hastings, MN 55033We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervision over both housekeepers and laundry aides
• Order inventories linens, supplies and chemicals and all supplies for facility cleaning
• Assigns and schedules housekeepers
• Assist in cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• 1-year experience in housekeeping and healthcare setting required.
• Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
