We proudly serve residents who depend on us for both long-term and short-term care, and we're always interested in connecting with dedicated professionals who share our commitment to excellence.  If you're looking for a workplace with a supportive team, appreciative residents, and opportunities to grow your career, Hemingford Care Center may be the right fit for you. What you'll do:Supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.Assist the Director of Maintenance with interviewing, hiring, coaching, and disciplining housekeeping staff as needed.Train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members to ensure high performance and quality standards.Monitor cleanliness throughout the facility and ensure housekeeping tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.Maintain housekeeping supply inventory and order products as needed.Promote compliance with infection prevention, sanitation, and safety standards.Participate in facility leadership meetings and provide updates on departmental operations.What we offer:Medical, dental, and vision insurance
