As the Housekeeping Supervisor at the Renaissance Shoals, you will be at the forefront of our housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You'll lead and motivate a passionate team, manage daily housekeeping operations, and ensure a consistently pristine environment throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the Heart of Hospitality: Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring everything is in perfect order and in line with Renaissance Shoals' high standards.
Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Be a Team Player: Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and excellent service delivery.
