What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that make Unicoi a favorite destination for travelers. Working closely with the Housekeeping Leadership Team, you'll help oversee daily operations, support room attendants, and ensure guest rooms, cabins, and public areas consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate housekeeping team members through daily lineups and operational support.
• Serve as the Housekeeping representative during leadership meetings when assigned.
• Oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards of our guest cabins and lodge accommodations.
• Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms, cabins, public spaces, and VIP accommodations.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met throughout the property.
• Monitor room readiness and perform follow-up inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain organized, secure, and properly stocked linen rooms.
• Assist with daily housekeeping operations and room cleaning as needed.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on delivering outstanding hospitality.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Dependable, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
