Here's the thing about a great hotel stay: it starts the second a guest opens the door to a spotless, cozy room. That's your magic. At the Hotel Weyanoke, we're looking for a Housekeeper who's dependable, detail-loving, and just plain friendly to join our crew.
This job is about more than clean rooms. You're the reason a guest walks in and thinks, "Ahh, this is exactly what I needed." And you'll be doing it alongside a team that actually likes working together.
Compensation and Benefits: $13.00/hr - Full-Time Team Members receive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), STD, LTD, paid holiday, vacation, personal & sick time, lean management training, and numerous other employee discount benefits through our HR provider LL Roberts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Clean and refresh guest rooms, suites, and public areas so they shine
- Keep your housekeeping areas in order—supplies stocked, floors swept, trash out
- Wash, dry, fold, and restock linens and towels every day
- Restock guest amenities and double-check that everything's fresh and ready
- Notice something broken or unsafe? Let us know right away
- Handle keys and follow security steps the right way
- Check in with the front desk and your supervisor to sort out the day's priorities
- Make sure every room you're assigned is done and inspected before you head home
What We're Looking For:
- A good attitude and an eye that catches the little things
- The energy to stand, bend, lift (up to 35 lbs), and keep moving through an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable reading and following instructions in English
- Someone who's happy working solo or pitching in with the team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
