Job Description

The Housekeeping Tech is responsible for keeping our facilities clean, safe, and looking great!

Housekeeping Techs have contact with other employees, visitors, and patients, and need to have good communication skills. They also must follow safety and infection control policies and procedures at all times. It is important that they practice confidentiality concerning patients, employees and the public at all times.

Housekeeping Tech Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean & disinfect public areas, restrooms, offices and exam rooms
  • Trash & Recycling collection
  • Floor care (vacuuming/extracting/sweeping/moping)
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning of glass
  • Maintaining equipment and storage/supply areas
  • Assist in other areas as requested

Department Description

Come and join our Environmental Services department where we keep our facilities looking great and our linens clean! We offer flexible scheduling and a great team environment!

Shifts

40 hours biweekly, shifts from 8am-12pm, Saturday through Tuesday at the Elbow Lake Medical Center.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $15.94-$22.25/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
