HR AdminSetting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8am-5pm Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Batavia, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Admin to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant.- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and cover letter to trakinfo@thetrakgroup.Com.
