HR Administrative Assistant
Location Richardson, Texas | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, flexible schedule between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• One-month project assignment
ROLE IMPACT
This short-term project supports the HR department by organizing and auditing employee personnel files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Success in this role means files are reviewed, categorized, and documented with precision, helping the team maintain accurate employee records and streamline future HR processes.
• Review and audit employee personnel files for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and categorize HR documents such as job titles, employment records, and medical records
• Record and update data in tracking systems or spreadsheets
• Flag discrepancies or missing documentation and collaborate with HR team for clarification
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
• Experience reviewing or handling employee personnel files or HR documentation
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and record information
• Ability to collaborate, ask clarifying questions, and work effectively within a team environment
• Handling confidential paper and electronic records
Skills
• Prior experience in an HR department
•HS Diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
