Job Summary
SummaryOur HR Analytics Manager will manage a team of 2-3 data analysts focused on data reporting. This position will lead the strategic insights pillar of People Analytics, owning the roadmap for translating workforce data into actionable business recommendations. The Manager will focus on strategic insights, prioritization, and business impact. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the team delivers insights that matter.Key responsibilities include:- Owning the People Analytics roadmap aligned to HR and business priorities- Triaging and prioritizing analytical intake to focus on high-impact work- Translating business problems into analytical approaches- Leading high-impact analyses on attrition, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, and other critical workforce topics; mentoring HR Business Analysts on analytics thinking and methodology- Developing insight narratives and recommendations for senior leadership; and partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure analytics drives measurable business outcomes. Other Essential Functions-Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop tools and services. -Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices. -Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. -Help implement data strategies and manage projects and resources. -Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. -Manage a team of data analysts.Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Analytics required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- Experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
Experience
- Experience in data and analytics 5-7 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of statistics.
- Project management skills and/or experience a plus.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to lead teams.
