HR And Payroll Manager

Inspired Closets in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a reliable and experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join our team in a full-time role. This position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, HR compliance, and smooth internal operations. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience running payroll and administering commissions
• Strong bookkeeping and account reconciliation experience
• Proven experience supporting HR compliance and benefits administration
• Experience in a growing, commission-based business

Experience in construction, home services, or project-based businesses, a college degree, and prior experience in similar roles are preferred.

PAY: $50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR AND PAYROLL MANAGER

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, offering flexible hours from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.

As our hybrid HR and Payroll Manager, you'll oversee payroll processing, manage commission administration, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance. You'll be the main contact for employees on payroll and HR issues while supporting leadership with accurate reporting and reliable processes, helping to maintain stability and compliance throughout the organization.
