Now Hiring: HR Coordinator Phoenix Home Care & Hospice | Joplin, MO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekendsPay: $18–$21/hour, depending on experience

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding for our Joplin team. You'll assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, orientation, and general HR support — helping every new employee feel welcomed from day one.

What You'll Do

Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records
Complete background checks and screenings
Lead weekly new hire orientation
Provide daily HR administrative support
Answer general HR questions from employees

What We're Looking For

HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Professional, confidential, and team-oriented
SHRM-CP/PHR and healthcare experience a plus, not required
