HR Assistant- Full Time
Full-Time | Monday- Friday
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable HR Assistant to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Processing employment applications
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding tasks
- Answering phones and assisting applicants/employees
- Data entry and maintaining employee records
- Assisting with general office and HR duties
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience is a plus
- HR or office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
