HR Assistant SpecialistLocation: KAHULUI, HI 69732Payrate: 30.00-34.86/hr Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per WeekAbout the Role We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant Specialist to support our Human Resources team with recruiting, applicant tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role works closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and hiring activities.
• Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Review resumes and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Conduct HR phone screens for direct hire candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments.
• Run recruiting and workforce planning reports.
• Provide ATS/VMS support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Train hiring managers and HR users on recruiting systems.
• Follow up with hiring managers and HR teams throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or related experience.
• Experience with ATS and/or VMS systems (IQNavigator experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of employment laws is preferred.

• Flexibility to support multiple locations when required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
