About The Role:
This is a full-time role focused on building and supporting the company's most important asset—its people. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while also ensuring employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
The role combines hands-on hiring with day-to-day HR responsibilities, requiring someone who is both people-oriented and execution-driven. You will work closely with leadership to scale the team, create a strong culture, and ensure employees feel supported, motivated, and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Coordinate and manage interview processes end-to-end
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Act as the main point of contact for employee-related matters
- Continuously improve employee experience and engagement
- Monitor employee satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve well-being and morale
- Support managers in handling employee challenges and feedback
- Help build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal communication
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring processes simultaneously
- High level of ownership and execution mindset
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships across the organization
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and labor laws – advantage
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment – advantage
