How You’ll Make a Difference

What You’ll Do
Lead training, leadership development, and “new to position” programs that strengthen skills and confidence across the organization
Partner with managers on recruiting, succession planning, and individual development to build strong teams for today and tomorrow
Support a positive, respectful workplace by guiding employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
Drive HR initiatives forward—measuring impact, improving processes, and delivering practical solutions that support the business
What You’ll Bring
At least 5 years of experience as a full-cycle HR Generalist, with a strong background in Employee Relations in a multi-site environment (experience in Material Handling / Industrial environments is strongly preferred!)
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PHR or SPHR certification preferred
The ability to influence, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people at all levels
Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
