Job Description
Join a team that puts people first. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Luck Companies, you'll be a trusted advisor and front-line resource for associates and managers across our organization. Your role is all about building strong relationships, supporting a values-driven culture, and delivering hands-on HR support that makes a difference.
What You'll Do:
Associate Experience & Culture Champion (50%)
- Serve as the go-to HR partner for associate support and workplace concerns in our Northern Region across multiple sites. (9 production sites, 1 Regional office)
- Drive a positive onboarding experience and early-stage development
- Help foster a culture of belonging through engagement and recognition programs
- Address associate relations with empathy, fairness, and alignment to our values
Manager & Team Support (30%)
- Coach managers on team dynamics, policies, and performance documentation
- Assist with HR programs such as reviews, goal setting, and compliance
- Flag morale or talent issues early and partner on proactive solutions
HR Programs & Coordination (15%)
- Assist with programs including engagement surveys and wellness initiatives
- Partner on recruiting efforts and maintain accurate HR records
- Track trends in engagement and turnover and share insights with HR leadership
Community & Outreach (5%)
- Support events and outreach efforts that reflect our commitment to people and community
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, HR Certifications a plus
- 3-5 years of generalist HR experience supporting multiple locations with a focus on employee support (manufacturing or construction a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Exceptional technical skills (MS Office) and a strong curiosity about new technology
- Comfortable working in varied environments (including occasional dusty/dirty conditions)
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to multiple locations
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
