The Role
We’re looking for a People Business Partner who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, jump into the chaos, and help us build as we scale. If you love bouncing between strategy and execution, and get excited about building things from scratch and leveling them up along the way, keep reading.
You’ll be the go-to People Partner for our Commercial teams - fast-moving, high-impact, always evolving. This isn’t a “sit back and advise” kind of role. In our lean, high-growth environment, you’ll:
- Partner directly with leadership to solve real-time organizational challenges
- Design and implement scalable people programs
- Shape the ongoing evolution of our People function
You will collaborate with People leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance manager capabilities, improve team effectiveness, and ensure our Commercial org is set up to win, staying client-centric and focused on what drives impact.
You won’t just support the business, you’ll help build how the business runs. You’ll need to be comfortable moving fast, making calls, and operating at a high bar.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
Trusted Advisor: You’re the trusted partner, sounding board, and occasional reality-check for our Commercial leaders. You’ll help them think through team structure, performance, and all the people stuff that comes with scaling fast.
Organizational Effectiveness: Help shape how teams are built and evolve, leading efforts in org design, workforce planning, and change management as we scale.
Raise the Talent Bar: Coach managers to hire better, manage better, and make clear calls on performance. You’re comfortable helping leaders address gaps early and directly.
Connect People to Performance: Connect People strategy to business outcomes. Use your understanding of the commercial landscape to design solutions that actually move the needle.
Navigate Employee Relations: Handle complex employee situations with thoughtfulness, objectivity, and sound judgment, balancing people and business needs. You balance empathy with accountability and keep things moving forward.
Build & Deliver Learning: Design and roll out impactful programs (think: leadership development, performance management, and key moments that matter across the employee lifecycle).
Performance and Pay Strategy: Help managers have better, clearer conversations about performance, growth, and compensation.
Use Data to Tell the Story: Spot trends, connect dots, and act on them. Data informs your thinking – it doesn’t slow you down.
