With a focus on performance, engagement, and organizational health, you'll influence key decisions that foster a dynamic and resilient workforce.Required Skills:

Proven consulting capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex business challenges*
Strong stakeholder management and influential communication skills, especially with executive leadership*
Data analysis proficiency to diagnose issues and develop targeted solutions*
Solid understanding of P&L, market dynamics, and strategic planning to guide talent decisions*
Experience in driving performance improvement, employee relations, and organizational development*
Ability to foster collaboration and develop trusted partnerships across functions

Nice to Have Skills:

Background within the A&D or manufacturing industries*
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or similar systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelors Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or*
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or*
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience

Other Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship onlyno dual citizenship accepted*
Willingness to work on a 9/80 schedule*
Possibility of role conversion to a permanent full-time position
