Job Description

Advance Services Inc. is looking to hire a Bilingual HR Clerk!A day-to-day look:
  • Consists of answering the phone and replying to emails*
  • Assist in scheduling and/or finding coverage for open positions. *
  • Assist in tracking time and attendance for all hourly employees*
  • Assist in filing as needed*
  • Promoting policies of the company*
  • Complying with safety protocols*
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating company security badges for employees and contractors. *
  • Perform other duties as assigned. *
  • Having exceptional oral and written communication skills is necessary for interacting with employees.*
  • Being organized, planning ahead, and decision making are key factors
Qualifications:
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent*
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
