Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a HR Coordinator/ Project Manager in Orange County. This is an on-site position. Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm Pay range: $35-45 per hour DOE Core Responsibilities

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate phone screens, virtual meetings, and on-site interviews across multiple calendars.*
Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the interview process, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication.*
Logistics & Travel: Arrange candidate travel, lodging, and meal accommodations when required.*
System Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems- Oracle with accurate candidate statuses and interview notes.*
Process Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate intake meetings and general administrative workflows. *
Project Management- special projects

Qualifications

Experience: 13 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.*
Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern scheduling tools.)*
Communication: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
