Job Description
Job Title: HR Coordinator - Senior Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 12 months with Possible extension Pay Rate: $25-28/hr on w2 - without benfits Overview:

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR and Product
- Experience in access management is must
- Experience in front or back office operations
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience handling high volume requests (approximately 330 requests monthly)
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Familiarity with HR platforms
- Experience with Workday and Zoom
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Jira
- Provide product support for talent acquisition systems
- Manage access to products and systems
- Handle high volume work and manage different mailboxes based on products
- Communicate effectively via Slack and Gmail
- Participate in cross-training activities
