Job Description
We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our client's People Solutions Center team.
The HR Coordinator will support a wide range of HR processes, employee inquiries, and data transactions while delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and a willingness to learn HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage and resolve HR cases through a centralized ticketing system
- Process employee status changes, pay changes, terminations, organizational updates, and reporting structure changes
- Support employment verification, tuition reimbursement, vacation donation, and other HR programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with document management requirements
- Research and resolve employee inquiries while escalating complex issues when appropriate
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data management activities
- Educate employees and managers on available self-service HR tools and resources
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance the employee experience
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to support HR operations
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree; in lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, prioritize work, and meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexible to change and be a team player.
- Recent graduates with internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, or related areas are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
