Job DetailsKey Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts for hourly positions (new + backfill)
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and internal promotions
• Support employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and compliance documentation
• Support HRIS usage, improvements, and data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Help build and improve scalable HR processes across the organization

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of HR support / coordinator experience
• Exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail + ability to handle confidential information
• Comfortable in fast-paced, onsite environment
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Spanish bilingual strongly preferred (required in some locations)
