HR Coordinator

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is partnered with a global leader in the aerospace and defense markets to seek a HR Coordinator - I9 Verification Support for a Hybrid role in Fort Collins, CO. This is a temp role for 3+ months. Pay Rate: $20-$25Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to Video remote for I-9s and scheduling. *
• Assist in completing and verifying Form I-9 documentation for new hires in compliance with federal regulations*
• Review employee identity and work authorization documents for accuracy and completeness*
• Ensure all I-9 forms are completed within required timelines and properly recorded*
• Maintain organized and secure records of I-9 documentation*
• Coordinate with hiring managers and new employees to resolve missing or incomplete information*
• Conduct periodic audits of I-9 files to ensure ongoing compliance*
• Stay up to date on employment eligibility regulations and company policies*
• Support HR team with onboarding and administrative tasks as needed
