Primary ResponsibilitiesOwn the full lifecycle of LOA cases, including documentation, compliance, communication, and case resolutionReview and respond to all leave and disability notices (approvals, denials, extensions, return-to-work) from our third-party administrator, AlightMaintain accurate leave records in Workday, ensuring alignment with vendor file feeds and internal reportingProcess leave extensions, intermittent leave tracking, and return-to-work certifications in accordance with established standard workServe as the primary escalation point for LOA inquiries, triaging complex cases to HRBPs or Legal Employee Relations as appropriateOther duties as required
Position RequirementsMinimum of 3 years previous HR experience preferred (or combination of HR and Office Manager/Administrative Assistant experience)Minimum 1+ years of experience in Leave of Absence administration, HR operations, or a related HR compliance functionWorking knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and multi-state leave laws (CA, MA, MN, OR, WA, CT, DC, HI, ME)Experience with leave management platformsProven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with accuracy and empathyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment in handling sensitive, confidential information with discretionHigh school diploma required
