HR Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team and provide high-quality support across the employee life cycle. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000 Position Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities: Support all stages of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee data management, and offboarding. Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Collaborate with global HR colleagues to align processes and share best practices. Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint. Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, with strong administrative and operational skills Proficiency with HR systems and data management tools Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and desire to learn Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
