Job Description

HR Coordinator (Part-Time) Pay Range:  $22–$24/hour (commensurate based on experience) 

Position Overview 

The HR Coordinator (Part-Time) supports day-to-day Human Resources operations with a primary focus on onboarding, compliance, and employee data management. This role is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring new hires are set up for success while maintaining accurate and compliant HR records. 

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working across systems, and able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Onboarding & New Hire Processing 

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding workflows for clinicians, Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs), and aides. 
  • Ensure all required new hire documentation is completed accurately and on time. 
  • Process new hires in ADP, confirming compliance and payroll readiness. 
  • Complete and submit rehire documentation to Payroll, ensuring accurate system updates. 

Compliance & Employment Verification 

  • Maintain and verify all Form I-9 documentation in accordance with federal regulations. 
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure ongoing compliance. 
  • Oversee background check and drug screening processes; track progress and maintain accurate records. 

Recruitment & Offer Administration 

  • Manage aide requisitions within the Workable applicant tracking system. 
  • Review and forward qualified resumes to Clinical Directors for consideration. 

HR Systems & Record Management 

  • Maintain accurate employee records within ADP and internal tracking systems. 
  • Partner with Credentialing and Payroll to ensure seamless handoffs and approvals. 
  • Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track onboarding status, compliance milestones, and hiring metrics. 

Qualifications 

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within HR or a related function. 
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and applicant tracking systems (Workable a plus). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. 

Work Environment 

This role may be structured as hybrid (in-office and remote) depending on organizational needs. The HR Coordinator collaborates closely with the HR team, Clinical Directors, Payroll, and other internal partners to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
