Job Summary

• Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to promote a positive workplace culture
• Track and maintain employee certifications, ensuring all required credentials remain current throughout the season
• Knowledge of company handbook to answer questions for employees
• Audit and maintain employee personnel files and employment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare and submit unemployment claims accurately and within required deadlines
• Conduct employee check-ins as needed to support engagement, performance, and retention
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with audits and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

• Comfortable working in a highly visible role
• Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking
• Good time-management skills in high volume situations
• Positive and personable demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• High attention to detail
• Excellent collaborator, and attentive listener
• Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation
• Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed
• HR competence and knowledge of HR process and computer programs
• Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements are met first
• Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat
• Previous administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Bilingual preferred
