Job Description:This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, so we re looking for someone with strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment, ideally with exposure to HR processes or HR systems.The role includes:

Managing a busy front desk (in-person interactions)
Handling inbound calls and routing inquiries appropriately
Providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality
Navigating multiple systems and documenting interactions in real time
