HR Data & Operations RepresentativeThe Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Data & Operations Representative II to support a fast-paced HR Operations team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong systems experience who thrives in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR transactions, and ensuring compliance across multiple HR systems.Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee data transactions including:*
- New hires and terminations* *
- Job and employee data changes* *
- Leaves of absence and related updates*
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of HR data across systems*
- Conduct data audits to identify and correct discrepancies*
- Support compliance with internal HR policies and regulatory requirements*
- Generate reports and support HR analytics and business reporting needs*
- Collaborate with HR partners to resolve data issues and improve processes*
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and support resolution efforts*
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, systems, and procedures
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related HR data role*
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with KPIs*
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy*
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, BrassRing, or ServiceNow*
- Strong Excel and reporting skills*
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines*
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills*
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools*
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)*
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
