Job Title: HR Digital Transformation Consultant
Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and technicalHR Digital Transformation Consultantto lead our transition into a data-driven, technology-enabled HR function. You will be responsible for assessing our current HR landscape, identifying digital opportunities, and overseeing the deployment of advanced HR tools (e.g.,Workday,SAP SuccessFactors, orOracle Cloud). Your goal is to automate routine tasks, improve the employee lifecycle, and provide leadership with actionable workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a digital HR strategy aligned with broader business objectives, focusing on scalability and user adoption.
- System Implementation: Lead the selection, configuration, and integration of HR technology stacks, includingHRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and self-service portals.
- Process Optimization: Conduct audits to identify inefficiencies and apply automation (RPA) orAI solutionsto streamline payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent, developing communication plans and training programs to ensure smooth transitions and high digital literacy across the organization.
- Data Governance & Analytics: Design real-time dashboards for key metrics like turnover and engagement while ensuring strict compliance withGDPR or CCPAdata privacy standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT, Finance, and C-suite leadership to secure buy-in for digital investments and report on transformationROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience inHR transformation,HRIS consulting, or a similar digital strategy role.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of major HR platforms (e.g.,Workday,Oracle HCM,SAGE) and data visualization tools likePower BIorTableau.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams.
- Methodologies: Proficiency inAgileorLean Six Sigmaproject management frameworks.
