Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Provide executive and organizational support, acting as a strategic partner to our leadership team.
• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and performance management, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Lead HR projects, such as training and development initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our HR function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Proven experience in all areas of HR, including executive and organizational support, policies, compliance, and documentation, recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, and benefits administration.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
