Job Description

JSG is seeking a Human Resources Directorfor our client in Wilmington DE This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational excellence from the ground upbringing your expertise to the forefront of a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Pay $150KRequired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)*
10+ years of progressive HR experience including payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and recruiting*
Proven leadership in managing and developing HR teams, with direct supervision of HR professionals*
Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, leave programs, and HR compliance standards*
Proficiency with HR information systems such as ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking, and learning management platforms*
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills*
High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR*
Experience in multi-site operations, property management, food and beverage, construction, or real estate sectors*
Fluent Spanish language skills*
Experience managing vendor relationships and compliance reporting

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent field*
Extensive experience leading HR functions across diverse industry sectors*
Past experience working with robust HR systems and managing complex workforce initiatives
