Additionally, the Director of HR will foster an employee-centricculture, ensure compliance with labor laws while aligning organizational goals with HR Operations. - Location: Onsite in Mesa, AZ | 8 AM 5 PM
- Salary: $150-160K | Depending on Experience
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources executing HR Generalist duties
- 5 or more years HR People Management Experience building & leading high performing teams & Executive level partnership
- Your progressive HR career includes managing multiple HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits & compensation
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related highly preferred
- HR Certification: SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR Best Practices, Employment Law in Multiple States
- Must be able to cultivate and manage relationships with internal & external customers
- Must demonstrate exemplary conduct and set a positive example as a servant leader while promoting a Best in Class Employee Experience and Candidate Experience.
- You describe yourself as an Outgoing Communicator, People Leader & Negotiator who has a passion to build community and develop strong team relationships
- You thrive in a Fast-Paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced Experience with HR Software Systems & MS Office Suite UKG is a PLUS
- Must be a Permanent Resident | U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
