Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid/Senior HR Employee Resource Center Representative role within the Employee Resource Center which will provide support to employees, leaders, and HR peer groups on HR related issues, programs, policies, and processes. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HR Employee Resource Center Representative: Full life cycle of employment transactions and support, compliance documentation, payroll inquiries, time administration inquiries and support, benefit transactions, military programs administration, HR emergency relief and response support, special payments and expense processing, HRIS role inquiries, general personnel history requests, legal human resource inquiries, HR policy inquiries, government and internal audit support, service award administration, termination and access revocation tracking, education assistance administration, verification of employment inquiries, government benefit processing assistance. Performs specific data entry into the HR system of record for specific actions following protocols. Provides the highest level of customer service through interaction with employees, leaders, and HR peer groups through telephone, electronic, and case management systems.
Senior HR Employee Resource Center Representative: This level is responsible for higher level processes and more complex processes and transactions. Advanced cases and processes include but are not limited to Military Leave Supplement processing, benefit administration entry, complex payroll inquiries/issues, time and work schedule entries, special payment and expense processing, and wage/time verification, employee temporary assignment processing, and relocation assistance processing. Utilize higher level analytical skills to identify accuracy in data and any potential issues in any requests, actions or programs, including union contract processes. As a senior may represent ERC on Merger and Acquisition projects. Act as ERC SME for project teams. Provide back-up support for Lead HR ERC Rep.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
HR Employee Resource Center Representative: 2+ years of directly related experience
Senior HR Employee Resource Center Representative: 5+ years of directly related experience
HR Employee Resource Center Representative- Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of company organizational structure.
- Knowledge of human resources policies and programs.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills.
Senior HR Employee Resource Center Representative- Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies and programs under area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of company organizational structure.
- Knowledge of company policies, programs and information systems (SAP, ServiceNow, and Success Factors) and relevant government regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, and USERRA.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Program administration skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills and in depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Education Requirements
Required Degree (equivalency not accepted in lieu of required degree): GED or High School Graduate

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
$47300 - $61400
$52800 - $68600
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
