Job Description
HR Generalist Join our team! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. This role will manage a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, while helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture.Pay rate: $35-$45Shift: 1st shiftJob Description:
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination*
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience*
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures*
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality*
- Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans*
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations*
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management*
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred*
- 25 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role*
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills*
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion*
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite*
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
