Monday – Friday, day shift

Seeking a versatile HR professional to join a growing organization in a key, high-impact role. Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to contribute to the company's success by fostering a positive and productive work environment. As the HR Generalist, you will carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage recruitment and new-hire orientation process.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts or grievances.
• Administer employee benefit plans and coordinate training initiatives
• Process payroll
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate personnel files to support HR audits
• System management: Update HR databases and provide administrative support for departmental projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $60k + DOE
