Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiterlocated in Orangeburg, SC.
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner,the HR Generalist/Recruiterrole is responsible for assisting with local HR initiatives and direct labor recruiting for the Orangeburg site.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manages full life-cycle recruiting of direct labor roles for the site
- Works on HR strategies to support current and future talent needs for the site
- Assists the business with HR-related activities to include employee onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I-9 process, Workday tasks, employee assistance, etc.
- Supports employee investigations
- Helps drive program activities and sustatinability initiatives locally
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function
- 6-12 months of Human Resources or related experience; prefer direct exposure to recruiting/talent acquisition tasks
- Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy
- Good communication skills and excellent relational skills; able to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary comprehension of Flex policies and procedures
- Microsoft 365
- Experience responding to customer complaints, employee issues and regulatory agency inquiries
