Type: Full-Time

Location: 1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501

Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews.
• Provide  support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments.
• Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers.
• Assist with employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
• Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Lead and support complex employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution. 
• Advise managers on  performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes. 
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws. 
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR 
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus

The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
