If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:

• Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.*
• Support new hire onboarding by coordinating paperwork, background checks, compliance requirements, and orientation activities.*
• Maintain employee records, certifications, bar licenses, CLE records, and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy.*
• Process employee updates and support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and firm-wide programs.*
• Assist with compliance activities, including I-9 verification, employment recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting requirements.*
• Serve as a professional resource for employee questions while supporting engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and firm culture activities.

Type: Direct HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 1–3 years of Human Resources experience*
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality requirements*
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset*
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines*
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus*
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
