• * Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across the facility
• * Support full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• * Assist with recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried roles
• * Help administer benefits, leave programs, and employee wellness initiatives
• * Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• * Support training, development, and engagement initiatives
• * Handle employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
• * Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning and organizational needs

What We’re Looking For:

• * Experience as an HR Generalist or in a broad-based HR role (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
• * Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations
• * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting
• * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• * A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people
