Job Description

JSG is hiring an Aerospace HR Generalist / Recruiter - Onsite in Simi Valley, CA. The Aerospace HR Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent, support employee relations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate positions.*
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities.*
Lead onboarding and new hire orientation processes.*
Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.*
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.*
Assist with benefits administration, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.*
Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.*
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.*
3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience.*
Experience recruiting technical or engineering talent preferred.*
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.*
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.*
Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.*
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
